Our Story

It all began in 2019 when we visited Lake Como, Bellagio in Italy. We sampled some of the finest Italian dishes which we knew we had to share somehow!

Our team came together and brainstormed some ideas. Whilst we were brainstorming an amusing coincidence occurred when one of the team turned on the TV and a movie was on which featured the Las Vegas Casino ‘Bellagio’. We immediately knew this was the perfect name for our new venture!

Our love for Italian-American dining starts in the kitchen. Tearing basil leaves, cooking our fresh smash burgers, simmering sauces and hand-stretching pizza dough!

Our talented chefs use the finest ingredients to create delicious Italian-American classics with our very own Bellagio twist, from pizza and pasta dishes to succulent smash burgers straight from the grill.
